• Any, Camera fees, Guide, Tour Escort. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
• Insurance. Anything which is not mentioned in the above mentioned Itinerary & Inclusion

Tour Cost

• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond our control.
• The Tour Booking should be completed with a minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour cost.
• The Balance amount to be paid 30 Days before the start of the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY Before 45 Days - No Cancellation Charge / Full Refund

1. Within 45-30 days - Cancellation Charge will be 25 % of the package cost.
2. Within 30-25 days - Cancellation Charge will be 50 % of the package cost.
3. Within 7 days - Full Cancellation or No Refund.
