आदि कैलास भारताच्या उत्तराखंड राज्यात आढळणारे हिमालयातील महत्वाचे पर्वत शिखर असून ते समुद्र सपाटीपासून ५,५८७ मीटर (१८,३३० फूट) उंचीवर आहे.
"आदि कैलास" नावाचा अर्थ "मूळ कैलास" असून, तो तिबेट येथील कैलास पर्वताप्रमाणेच दिसतो.
आदि कैलासला पोहोचण्याचा मार्ग अवघड असून, घनदाट जंगल, नद्या आणि दऱ्या या मधून जातो.
या प्रवासामध्ये निसर्गाच्या विहंगम दृश्यांसोबतच हिमालयाच्या कुशीत वसलेल्या छोटया छोटया गावांचे अनोखे सौंदर्य आपल्याला पाहायला मिळते. या प्रवासात आपल्या शारीरिक क्षमतेची कसोटी तर लागतेच पण त्यापेक्षा आदी कैलासाला पोहोचल्यावर मिळणारी मनःशांती खुप महत्त्वाची आहे.
